I had a 1988 Milano Gold. I had a love/hate relationship with it. Driving was wonderful, but repairs were difficult, even when it was new. Eventually, it developed an intermittent problem; sometimes it would not start and it would have to be towed fifty miles to the Alfa repair shop. A wonderful but problematic car
Das neue AP House in Hamburg ist ein richtiger Hingucker. Aber wer kann sich den Besuch da leisten? 🤭 Die Kampagne ist zwar top und die Botschaft ist klar. Aber die Marke muss sich gut überlegen, wie sie sich positionieren will. Ich bin gespannt, was die neue Chefin da macht. 🧐

Ganz ganz tolles Video und größten Respekt für Fred Mandelbaum und natürlich auch Georges Kern. Mich würde allerdings interessieren, ob 42mm derzeit wirklich die ideale Größe für Herrenuhren ist? Persönlich finde ich eine 38mm bis 40mm Uhr an den meisten Handgelenken einfach aesthetischer, aber vielleicht bin ich ja wirklich die Minderheit?
He should realise that going along with ESG is increasingly being seen as what it is: undemocratic, nefarious, totalitarian power-wielding which is far from what it purports to be. I for one almost decided right then and there when I heard him talk about ESG to never buy from them...but I'll hold off from that for now.

Aber kommen wir erstmal zu den positiven Dingen, die George und sein Investor Team (CVC und Partners Group) auf die Beine gestellt hat: - Die Breitling Boutique, hier im Video gut zu sehen ist, hier ist jeder willkommen und kein Klingeln und begutachten von Kunden - Die Umsatzzahlen konnten seit der Übernahme enorm gesteigert werden Aber was ist von einigen Kritikern geäußerte Nachteil dieser Geschichte von Breitling, die Uhren haben an Substanz verloren und sind zu Modern Retro getrimmt worden, ganz schlimm bei der Superocean, die von einer Taucheruhr zu einer Beach Uhr wurde. Das Zifferblatt der neuen Avenger Linie schaut mit dem B Logo einfach wie ein Prototyp aus, der wahre Grund für dieses B liegt woanders. Warum muss jede Referenz geändert werden, ein behutsames Facelift reicht doch auch. Die Novonaut von Fortis ist ein tolles Beispiel, diese Uhr ist noch eine Toolwatch und nicht eine, die nur so tut.
